Objectives

The objective of this project is to design and construct a high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and functional restaurant space that includes a coffee shop and an Italian kitchen. The fit-out will be tailored to meet the client's vision and operational requirements while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Scope of Work

1. Initial Planning and Design
1.1 Site Survey and Assessment

Conduct a comprehensive site survey to assess existing conditions.
Identify structural, electrical, and plumbing requirements.
1.2 Concept Development

Collaborate with the client to develop a conceptual design.
Create mood boards and design sketches for approval.
1.3 Detailed Design and Documentation

Develop detailed architectural and engineering plans.
Prepare 3D renderings and walkthroughs.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
2. Demolition and Preparation
2.1 Demolition

Remove existing fixtures, fittings, and finishes as necessary.
Ensure safe disposal of demolition waste.
2.2 Site Preparation

Prepare the site for construction, including leveling floors and walls.
Install temporary safety barriers and signage.
3. Construction and Fit-Out
3.1 Structural Works

Construct new partitions and walls as per the design.
Reinforce structural elements as required.
3.2 Electrical and Lighting

Install new electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, and switches.
Design and install ambient, task, and accent lighting.
Integrate smart lighting controls.
3.3 Plumbing and HVAC
